Our desire from the beginning in 1997 has been to have a site which
would not be dependent on conventional advertising by vendors. We've been able to achieve this objective with dues from our membership and
considerable cash from our own pockets. We aren't breaking even, but we're creeping toward that direction.
For what it might be worth, here's our "charter":

It is important to note, that although we welcome members, one does not
have to be a member to utilize any of the features on our pages.
Here's a brief synopsis of all the features available on our pages:

The Woodworker's Gazette- This is the place to be for current book
reviews, tool evaluations and articles (member and guest written) on different aspects of woodworking. The current "feature" articles will
eventually be replaced with new and the current will be archived.

The WWA Info Exchange-This is a full-blown forum board with three
components and unusual features which increases the "fun" aspect of
posting questions and answers.
1-Infeed/Outfeed-which is for questions and answers on any aspect of
woodworking
2-The Daily Puzzler-A board for woodworking related trivia.
3-The Daily UareL-This is a daily posting of web site URLs which may be
of interest or value to our visitors and members. You'll notice there is little feedback on this board, but our visitors tell us that this is
often the first forum they "click on" when they access Info Exchange.
